I'm surprised by this series. Can the Thunder really pull this out?

The NBA may not want Golden State to go out here, but there's no way they can get this kind of refereeing on the road in that environment. I like the Thunder's chances. |

And Durant doesn't go into hero ball mode late in the game, yes They've clearly been the better team. Maybe gs has another gear. But even at their best today they still look worn the hell out. |

Anyway looking back over the regular season and the playoffs when GS plays well and win they shoot north of 40% from the 3 pt line. Tonight they were 9-25 (37.5) and still won. If they can start hitting their 3's they can win this series. |

They just favour the top teams/biggest stars. Always have and always will. Fortunately for OKC, they have a few of their own to counter GS. You'd hope that will be enough, but we'll see.

I thought the officials were ok after that 1st part of the first quarter. Tough teams to officiate --- moving screens everywhere, Russ is a maniac, Draymond is a bull in a china shop, etc. Curry still isn't himself, but he was good enough tonight.
I suspect he won't be the same in OKC. Russ and KD will probably be better as well. Losing Adams early was key -- probably won't happen in Game 6. Fun game tonight, this was what I thought every game would be. |

Even after tonight's win by GS I still think this is OKC's series to lose. By more than just having a 3-2 lead, they just simply look like the better team. For whatever reason people want to go with, there's truth to a lot of them I'd say.
GS looked pumped up tonight, and OKC still was in striking distance while not playing well. I hope it goes 7 though.

I picked OKC in 7. But I'm hoping they close it out at home in 6. They better. Don't wana go back to GS for 7. I think they will close it out. OKC wins this series and goes on to win the title, that's one of the impressive runs in my lifetime. Beating two all time great teams then Lebron in the finals. A healthy and playing great Cavs team.

And LeFraud's record in the finals is 2-4. Apparently not that big of a feat.. |
