Very, very, good. How far do you plan to take your distance too? You'll double that in weeks if you keep going. You're at the point now where can just breeze through distance training up too about 12 miles.

I'm feeling great. Went out last night and didn't drink a drop. Hell only dropped $8 and $5 of that was on a lottery ticket.

I didn't drink last night. I'm actually thinking of giving up alcohol for good. It just isn't worth the potential hangover the next day..
But my hangover "cure" is more of preventive maintenance. I'll chug a shit ton of water or Gatorade- like 2 or 3 large cups worth- then pop a multivitamin right before bed. |

I only drank four beers so I feel great. Just tired. Got up and got my jeep engine all buttoned back up.

Back in the olden days when I 'got overserved' now and then, I always took a couple of aspirin and a 'B complex' vitamin w/a big glass of water just before bed. Seemed to help a bit. The water helps more than you might think - beer is a diuretic, as you get to whizzing every half hour you wind up depleting the 'liquid' in your body (stolen from your blood) which can be a big part of the hang over problem. Been drinking beer? Drink more water. As I wised up I started ordering water when I ordered a beer. No more beer allowed until I drank the glass of water...lo and behold, the hangovers pretty much went away.
