Will the Bears be allowed to beat the Pat's?

Last week against us they didn't allow it by throwing no flags and allowed our WRs and TE get tackled. I say yes. Bears will not be allowed to win. NFL needs their Brady and they are struggling to stay ahead of Miami.

FTR I don't think Trubisky is a bad quarterback - I just think he has far too low a ceiling to justify where they drafted him and what they gave up to get him. Had he been a second rounder instead of second overall, it would all be good. And were that the case, maybe Daniel would be starting right now and Trubisky would be learning behind him. But given how things played out, they can't do that.

Some referees are just butt-****ing morons and there is not some grand conspiracy to keep the Patriots competing for Super Bowls every year for the last decade plus.

That might be the case if officiating "faux pas" didn't seem to consistently favor the teams with the most marketable QBs.

When they start making mistakes favoring the Browns and Lions into last second wins instead of Brady, Manning and Rodgers...I'll buy the human error argument.

I can recall only two instances of KC being on the winning side of controversial officiating in the past 15 years. One was the Falcons game in Atlanta and one was this season against the 49ers. Patriots were on the winning side of 3-4 games just last season. They took off a legitimate Jets TD and added a game winner against the Texans..

Will the Chiefs be allowed to beat the Bengals?

NFL wont want the Chiefs to pull too far out in front for home field.....

Arther Blank was quoted in an interview before the SB a few years back saying that the two teams were pre-determined to be in the game. So there's that.

Peyton Manning feasted on a weak-ass AFC south for years as well.

He said he hoped they would be "allowed" to win. He backtracked when questioned about it...said he was referring to "God".

Dont forget about Goodell saying "Human error is a critical part of the NFL experience"...this was when he was asked about utilizing modern tech as an aid in better officiating.

Think about that quote for a minute...he's essentially saying "We like having officiating mistakes, it's the way it's always been. Having fairly called games is bad for the NFL experience"...the key word he used was "critical". What is critical about about a bad call?

That's ****ed up and makes no rational sense... unless there is an ulterior motive driving the absurdity.

Any rational and objective person would have to draw the conclusion that implementing modern tech would severely limit the control of games and expose it to further scrutiny...they wouldn't have the built in caveat of "officiating error" anymore...and wash it away with an apology letter the next week.

I see ChiefsCountry fancies his own opinion...or an opinion he heard then repeats.

I waiting for you make a thought-provoking post to justify calling another a "loon"....until that point, you have no intellectual foundation to justify your own de facto self-proclaimed superiority.
