Sadly I think this might be the case only because we have grown to expect these outcomes in the playoffs. We have no illusions anymore.

And this was clearly not pass interference. /refs

I recognize that the officials are human, but if you're not going to call penalties during a game, be consistent. Don't ignore penalties the whole game and then suddenly point at Article 7, Paragraph 3, Clause 2 on the most critical play of the game to take points off the board on a meaningless and not at all obvious play.

Nothing will every hurt me more than the Miami phantom hold game. I imagine it's like your first prison rape. After the first few they start to run together.

The NFL's refs find the darndest time to see those holds that happen on every play. .

The truth is it was a hold. No more than what you'd see on any play, but this time dude throws the rag. Whatcha gonna do as a mere fan.

The truth is that the ball is in Hunt's court. He can either take the money the league pays him and stay quiet (as is the Hunt tradition), or he can stand up for the team and the city in the off season. I think only a looney sees nothing fishy here, the rest of us knows he needs to pull a power play with the league and let them know he can cause problems and there's not a ****ing thing they can do about it.

But he'll take the money and let it ride.

And it wasn't a hold. Harrison was slipping and falling.

Harrison likely petitioned all night for holding, got in the head of the ref. On this play only because he ends up on the turf, the no-call got called.

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

I sure won't waste my time watching that show. I'm more likely to see something new by watching an old rerun of The Big Bang Theory.
