I don’t think he will cave. If he was going to, it would have happened awhile ago.

Rosenstein might not be alone, Wray is facing heat too. Speaker Ryan states new FBI leadership has to decide if it will be "part of the clean-up crew or the cover-up team."

Nap is all over the map, he said on FBN recently as yesterday that this will rival or surpass Watergate.

Mueller has been very methodical in targeting Trump associates. They offered the "Taxi King" a sweet heart deal to roll on Cohen (even though in the crime alleged he was like the drug dealer and Cohen was a minor seller) Which also gave them probable cause to get Cohen's records. Mueller targeted Manafort for crimes the FBI knew about going back to 2014, The Flynn deal also was about trying to get Flynn to cooperate in threatening his child with crimes.

So really the investigation is starting to be more and more of pressuring those in Trumps inner circle to testify against Trump or figure out how to get more and more of Trump's financial records. But the big thing is going to be is whether Cohen's documents will somehow find something on Trump or not But to me it looks like they have a lot more to uncover if allowed to look at everything but Russia.

Personally, I do not think there is or was ever anything to do with Russia. But Trump is a billionaire playboy and was the type of person who looked to make a fast buck and dealt with a lot of foreign countries and individuals. So the odds are high that if you dig seep enough there are probably some financial crimes.

I'm hearing that Rosenstein caved and the document transfer has begun. Looking for confirmation now.

Getting Trump's inner circle to testify what? Mueller doesn't have anything to Trump - not so much a a jaywalking violation. Least of all, not through Cohen. That door is the proof that Mueller's whole investigation is a charade.

Mueller's balls got snipped a long time ago.

Obstruction of justice is an actual crime.

We'd need the exact wording, and the context, to see what Napolitano is actually arguing.

The only one who should be investigated for obstructing justice is the one who smashed and destroyed evidence.

Instead we are trying to investigate someone who has a mountain of evidence and support from multiple sources for firing someone.

Don't hurt yourself wrapping your head around something so logical.

Judge Napolitano has history of being a bubble off on some of his hysteria. He has a role and a job and does it well, fun to watch and listen to but not always on the right road.

“But Clinton!” isn’t technically a valid legal defense, just a heads-up.

No, it's not "but Clinton!". It's one person destroyed subpoenaed evidence and one followed the recommendation of the DOJ.

I know that's hard for your mind to comprehend but try.

There is on behalf of the FBI. Comey for his mishandling of the Clinton probe, and it appears Rosenstein hid critical texts from investigators.

If Rosenstein needs to be impeached, why hasn't Trump fired him?
