Another point worth discussing: Where was the sense of urgency when we were driving with ~6 mins left? I'm like screaming at my TV, "WE'RE DOWN BY THREE SCORES DUMBASSES!" And the players are all walking up to the line watching the time tick away. "We should be in a two minute offense right now dumbasses!" And then the re-kick of the punt? REALLY ANDY? WTF? And then the screen pass at the end of the game... SMH

Unfortunately there was a sense that Reid/Smith were playing a bit more "not to be embarrassed" as opposed to win the game.

Not saying this was a bad decision…Maybe you want your team thinking they are in the same league as Denver.

But you're not alone in thinking that in the 4th quarter KC wasn't exactly "trying to win".

Well, there were 12 minutes left, not 6.

And all I said was that it didn't decide the game--that assumes they make the 7 yards for the 1st down. And it assumes they continue the drive into the end zone. It's something to complain about, but it didn't decide the game.
