So, hypothetically speaking, what's the best way to remain anonymous while still torrenting/dl'ing?

Looking at the new laws... they require "ALL" VPNs to keep records. So, if shit goes down and you though a VPN would protect you haha good luck.
So don't use a VPN that terminates in a country with those laws.
