Pork ribs are more forgiving and are kinda hard to **** up too badly while beef ribs need to be prepared almost perfectly to stack up.

If I'm cooking for more than 3 people, I'm going with loin backs (baby backs) but if I'm just cooking for 2, I'll try beef ribs once in awhile because I love the natural beef taste more than pork.

Even when cooked well, beef ribs tend to be greasy.
