Alex Smith Traded to Chiefs

Well, it looks like the deal is done.

https://twitter.com/intent/user?scre...w_p=tweetembed

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
49ers have completed a trade with the Chiefs for Alex Smith, tho can't be official til March 12. Chiefs really made a commitment to Smith

Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
Deal has been agreed upon between Chiefs and 49ers. Compensation unclear but I'm told again Chiefs have made a clear commitment to Smith.

But all the evidence is there. Well about 98% of it. The fact that it's 100% the 2013 2nd round pick ought to be enough. I want you to pick a side, whether it be jumping off a cliff or swimming in Clark's aquarium of shit. Make your bed and lie in it to be cliche.

This is not the year to take a qb just because you can. There will be more choices for a qb next year. You dont just take one because you havent. I know i know, im an idiot, i should kill myself, shut the **** up, blah blah blah.

Seriously dude, most chiefs fans could have told you we were gonna suck last year, despite the "experts'" playoff predictions, when we found out they weren't bringing in competition for Casshole. We have a thorough understanding of shitty qb play because we've seen so goddamn much of it.

Alex Smith's absolute ceiling is Trent Dilfer. Even if we win a superbowl, his contribution will only be that he didn't **** it up. He's not going to turn into Tom Brady at 30 years old.
Trent Dilfer never had a situation where he had to win a playoff game. Alex Did, and alex won. Trent Dilfer was garbage. Alex Smith is more comparable probably to a matt hassselbeck type.

Shut the **** up. Why you're even tolerated on this site is a mystery. You're about the dumbest mother****er that posts here and to be honest, that's saying quite a bit.

What is this communist China? Why can't someone take a wait and see approach?

Seriously, some of you need to go outside, breathe some fresh air and get a dose of reality. This is football. We are all passionate, and most of us want the same result (unless you would still pout if we won a SB with Alex Smith), but at the end of the day it's football.

Could (should) take one this year AND take one next year if one has more upside. Then they can compete it out and we would have our back up or trade bait. The rook pay scale lets us do this with out making it a gamble on costing the franchise in the cap.

This guy is a Jacksonville fan that was booted from the Jaguars' forum for being a dumbass. Now, his dumbassery is spreading here.

He think that he can parrot Milkman or anyone else I normally agree with because he doesn't have a singular, creative, inspired or otherwise intelligent thought in his empty head.

Taking a QB first twice in back to back years would tell me Reid and Dorsey don't know what they're doing. Its a stupid fan type move that sounds easy when no one holds you accountable.
