What is the difference.. 5 or 6 million a year? Cap is what.. 150 mil?
You get about 3 percent more to spend with ASS11 as opposed to Luck.

I think I would disagree with you on this one.

That makes it easier, certainly, but I'm pretty sure he'd do the same even without her. He craves winning more than $$.

I'd just like to chime in and say that Tom Brady is a cheating scumbag, and every one of his SB wins is tainted.

I suspect because there is no guarantee that taking less money gets you a championship. Not every team is the Patriots, who have a legitimate shot at winning the Super Bowl every year. Let's say you are Brock Osweiler (or if you want an "elite QB" put in Luck). You could take less money from Houston to make your team better. That's a fairly straight forward idea -- more money to spend on other players likely leads to a more competitive team. How much better does that make the Texans? How much more likely are they to win a Super Bowl? Even if he took half of what they offered him, I don't think they have any serious chance at winning a championship.

So now you made less money and still didn't win. You may also be looking at other players on your team making max money, because they don't care. That can't be fun.

Brady's reasons for taking less money are his own, and I don't know what they are. But if we're being honest, it's pretty easy for him to take less money. There are a laundry list of reasons. He's already made a lot. His wife makes a lot. He already makes a lot in endorsements. (And he's a handsome fellow, so that gets him a lot of endorsements other guys might not get.) He is on a perennial winner with an all-time great head coach. The Patriots will find other ways to compensate him. Et cetera.

I'm sure that will come up in his first ballot HOF induction.

If it doesn't, I'll be sure to chime in again. Patriots fans need to be reminded, apparently.

Sure, but also took a perfect storm of injuries and bounces.

I'd take Luck without batting an eye. Just shame he's got a drunk for an owner and an idiot for GM. Worse than Pioli. That's hard to do.

Good enough to have a lost a home playoff game to a team that had lost it's top 2 RBs, top CB, best defensive player and only deep threat if Dwayne Bowe would've learned to drag his ****ing foot.

Luck's a remarkably talented player that may prove to be the best QB in the league as early as next year. He's also never going to win shit with Grigson as his GM.

So what do I care how much money they spend on him? The Chiefs will be a better football team than the Colts for at least the next 3 years. The only thing that could save Indy is that shitshow of a division they reside in.

They still didn't get by Houston who went through many shit QBs. The team built in Indy sucks and that's on the GM
