All this movie is for is to introduce the bigger badder version of a young Kong set in the 70s so that gives him time to mature and get bigger so he can fight Godzilla in 2020.

In this movie he will be merely 100' tall but I expect a growth spirt so he will be a sizable foe for Godzilla in 2020.

didn't read up on this, but is this a continuance from Jack Black's version?

Yes, but Jack Black looks an awful a lot like John Goodman in this one.

Godzilla is going fight KK in 2020 but I can't wait for him to fight King Ghidorah in 2022.

It'll be stupid if they have King Kong beat Godzilla much like Batman beating Superman totally unrealistic.

Although I'm more interested in Godzilla V King Ghidorah & or Mothra & or Rodan I'm looking forward to more monster movies. I think Kong is going to be good. I mean they resurrected John Goodman to be in it that should count for something right?

Sam Jackson is in everything lately.

I took some random video around town the other day... and he was even in those shots.

He pops up everywhere.

They've got a great cast set up for this. It's a shame I have zero interest in seeing it.

And this is why I have no interest in this movie. Can't stand that guy. He thinks he's 'all that'. And why is he always yelling at me?
