Free Taco Bell Today (Thanks LoCain)

Friendly reminder, today's the day to get free Taco Bell thanks to Lorenzo Cain stealing a base in game 1 of the WS.

I believe it's a breakfast item.

I thought I'd drive by and check the line. I waited a couple minutes and got my food. Anxiously awaiting the oncoming shit. First time I ate TB breakfast, not any flavor.

Got mine just after 7 this morning. I'm in Florida, so there was no crowd to fight.

Interesting, though, is that while i was waiting for my order I overhead a guy sitting at a table talking to the guy at the table next to him about the World Series. He was talking about what a dumbass Rios was for forgetting how many outs there were, and then said KC "really had the bats." He clearly was just a baseball/sports fan who watched the series and was impressed by the Royals (other than Rios). It was just nice to hear outsiders talk about my team.

Which is fine. It just seemed so guaranteed to happen that it was mildly insulting to my intelligence. "Free breakfast if there is a base hit in the World Series!"

Thanks for sharing. Kind of cool. In KC we are so immersed in it. In recent decades I barely watched any playoff baseball. Now I'm wondering if I'll want to once the Royals miss them again. Feels like I will.

Has anyone gone in and gotten just the free crunchwrap? Or is everyone supplementing it with $5 worth of drinks and other items?

The local whore house ran a special too.
If the Mets went down in 6 games or less the girls would go down for $6 or less.
Offer is only good today. No appt necessary.

I called to see how late they were open and Rocko (the bouncer/security guy) said no of the girls had made it in yet so he was running the place by hand til they showed up.
