That doesn't include talking to the opposing team as the injured player is being helped off the field behind you.
I'm curious to see how Porter explains his involvement. Here's what I saw and I can't believe millions of people watching this same clip aren't saying the same thing:

Porter had a right to be on the field. He was right behind Brown and the coach helping to escort Brown off the field.

As they're walking off the field, Burfict puts his hand on Brown's shoulder. Then he inexcusably shoves off one of the coaches who's helping Brown off the field.

Porter starts talking shit to Burfict after that happens. Then a crowd of Bengals surround him.

Porter's role in this is completely irrelevant. He had a right to be on the field. And the main culprit of this was Burfict who should have been flagged a second time. If not for that, who knows if Porter gets involved.

You know how cheap Mike Brown is? Nevermind that he's kept Marvin Lewis around for a million years because he's cheap.

Mike Brown is so damn cheap that he refuses to hire a personnel guy. He's been the team's GM for a billion years. This after notably fleecing Cincinnati on one of the worst stadium deals in the history of stadium deals.

He's a piece of shit. Further evidenced by his history of bringing a bunch of scumbags to his team because he knows in a guy like Pac man, you get a talented player for the price of peanuts.

A few things the clip shows....
It looks like Burfict has good intentions in saying sorry to Brown. But what he did to that coach was inexcusably stupid and he was lucky he didn't get flagged.

That clip also proves that Joey Porter had a right to be on the field. He wasn't there randomly as some think. He was there following Brown off the field. Maybe he's talking too much shit while he's doing that. But he doesn't seem to be doing much until Burfict shoves off the coach.

Maybe Porter overreacted to the shove. But he had a right to be where he was. And he is reacting to something, not just randomly walking on the field talking shit.

Yeah....you seem to be going out of your way to try and excuse Porter. Burfict is a complete jerk and quite frankly deserves to suspended for his actions.

But if you think for a second that Porter didn't know what he was doing and knew he could get inside the Bengals head and cause more issues, you have forgotten how he played on the field.

Bengals fumbled.

Bengals didn't stop them on 4th down.

Burfict didn't have to draw the penalty on the hit to Brown.

Pacman Jones didn't have to lose his mind because Joey Porter called someone a name.

All of these things were caused by the Bengals actions, not Porter's.

Porter intentionally provoked them, as the Steelers had been doing all through the second half, knowing the Bengals are an undisciplined team and would be likely to get a stupid penalty. It worked.

I don't like Porter. I think he's a scumbag too. But it doesn't look he did anything wrong until after Burfict shoved off the coach helping Brown off the field.

From there, yeah, Porter started jawing off and getting into the Bengals' heads. But again... he was doing that in reaction to what happened. And he wasn't just randomly on the field for no reason. Coaches are allowed to trail their own injured player.

He is a Director of Personnel. Think about that for a second. The highest level personnel guy on the Benglas that isn't named Brown is a Director.

They don't have an official GM
The VP and SVP of Player Personnel are Mike Brown's brothers
Tobin is basically what Ballard is to the Chiefs. Keep in mind that the Chiefs also have multiple other directors, including a pro scouting director (Will Lewis) and a College scouting director (Marvin Allen). The Bengals have neither of these things.

That's just horrendous. Mike Brown is a ridiculous cheapskate.
