Just watched him today, and he looks solid. They even said that Tony Dungy advised that if he comes out early that the Chiefs should take him with the number one pick.

What sayeth the group?

I wouldn't want Manuel as a first rounder but I would take him before Barkley. The only first round guys I would consider would be Smith/Wilson and then possibly Murray/Glennon.

I wouldn't draft Manuel at all. Completely off my board. Some team will take him, but I wouldn't. I don't ever see him being a viable starter at QB and you can find much better guys to hold a clipboard.

Adrian McPhearson had more upside than Manuel. He's worse than Terrell Pryor.

Murray is most pro ready QB in this draft. Three year starter that has produced. Has great mobility. The most athletic 1st or 2nd round QB in this draft. Big arm and has played against elite competition and played pretty well. He has been tested and you know what you get with Murray. He can handle the pressure.

Georgia's offense puts a lot of pressure on the QB. They throw the ball down the field and have to read the defense and make quick decisions. Great experience in a pro style offense. I'm on the Murray band wagon if there is one.

I think the best option for the Chiefs would be to trade down in round one and take him. Chiefs fans need to hope that Jarvis Jones tears up the combine and that someone is willing to trade up for him and give the farm similar to the Falcons Julio Jones trade.

I'd say a first or second. QBs have been going about a round too high lately. Murray has skills but his size worries me.

If we trade back for more picks he would be my next option if Geno Smith is gone. I have a feeling he's going to be a stud in the NFL. He has all the tools. What an outstanding QB.

Honestly,I'll be happy with any qb Coach Reid drafts, he's proven he can find & develop one. If it's Murray, great. Same with Smith, Glennon, Wilsom, Bray, etc. I trust his evaluation.
