The official Eric Fisher thread take 2

Since the original one was deleted due to posting overload, let's try this again.

The Chiefs can at any point in time move Stephenson to Left Tackle. This has nothing to do with Branden Albert and I don't know why he's even brought up in this thread.

Stephenson is probably not a very good player, though.

Certainly he has never played close to Albert's level.

Stephenson at left tackle is good enough. The offense did fine with him as their starting left tackle. He's obviously a step down from Albert, but given how much time CP has bitched about using first round draft picks on LT, we shouldn't be panicking if we drop a small bit at the position.

The money we didn't spend on Albert helped us extend Charles and helps us extend Houston and Berry. That's what makes getting rid of him okay.

Agree to disagree.

I think eventually we will need two new OTs.

The irony of it is, is that so far in the preseason, LUKE JOECKELL HAS LOOKED EVERY BIT THE PART, of a franchise left tackle.

Sighs. This is why we cant have nice things.

Everyone wanted Fisher. I didn't get it then, Eric Fisher was never even Joe Staley, (same school) and he didn't go till pick 26.

its why I love the chiefs, much like why I love the browns.

Always getting kicked, even when you are clearly already on the ground.

It's insane to draft a player with the first pick at LT when you already have a LT.

Wasn't that the same time where they were trying to trade him to Miami after franchising him?
