Manafort pled guilty and will cooperate with federal prosecutors

It finally happened — Paul Manafort flipped.

The former Trump campaign chair appeared in court in Washington on Friday and pleaded guilty to a reduced set of charges. And as part of his plea deal with special counsel Robert Mueller’s team, prosecutors said, Manafort agreed to cooperate with the investigation.

It’s enormously important news for the Russia investigation. Many have long speculated that the special counsel’s main aim in charging Manafort with financial and lobbying crimes was to pressure him to “flip” — so he’d agree to provide information related to their true concern of whether the Trump campaign conspired with Russia to interfere with the election.

Now, it’s happened. And that should make President Donald Trump very nervous indeed.

Trump won by HAVING PEOPLE LIKE ME BELIEVE IN THE VISION!

I voted for Obama the 1st time BUT NOT the second time.

People LOVE what Trump is doing and accomplishing. We don't care for some of his stupid tweets or fights his picks but who cares, he is a FIGHTER and defender for the US.

That is what is important and why we voted for him and sticking with him.
Thanks for sharing. I have a few questions for you.

How you would you describe his vision that you believed in?
Has what he's done in office made you believe in it more / less / the same?

Why did you find his vision compelling enough to make you overlook the lying and the pussy-grabber tapes?

Have either of the following had an effect on your opinion of trump:
- Family separation policy, where asylum seeking families were separated en masse for a few weeks with minimal plan / infrastructure to reunite them (trump has missed several court ordered deadline to reunite all the families, and several hundred are separated
- Russia investigation and it's findings, where several of trump's closest allies have plead guilty to serious federal felonies and face many years in prison. Needless to say there was zero of that under Obama, a relatively minimal amount under Bush 2 and Clinton.

We will find out in the next two elections which group has the most people in it.

The interesting thing is that in 2008 I voted Republican and you voted Democrat. Now our roles are reversed.
I voted for Obama because I spent 4-5 months on the campaign trail for both McCain and Obama and when I saw how Americans were reacting to both, it was so clear Obama needed his chance.

I felt Obama could be a statesmen who brought races together and did great things. After he was elected, in my opinion, he was a racist who had socialist ideas and his background of a community organizer came out and he hated business and America's success.

I wanted Romney to take a businessman's approach to government. He was too weak and the media wanted Obama, they are so biased it's not funny.

In my opinion Romney was a terrible candidate who would have been a great President. I was very disappointed when he lost.

Yep. Wouldn't it be weird to have someone pragmatic as the leader of the nation?

He was a wooden Indian during the debates. If he had shown any life at all, he might have at the very least given Barry a serious run for his money.

He showed life in the first debate. Kind of shocked everyone. But Obama countered it in the next two debates

No. You're just trying to be difficult in order to be difficult

I voted for President Obama but I think Romney would have been fine. Honestly I thought President Obama's acceptance that night was off-puttingly arrogant and Romney's concession speech was excellent. If he had been that guy as a candidate there's a chance I'd have voted for him.
