Keep in mind that you're a novice lifter for a longer period of time than you think you are. Novice lifting can last anywhere from a few months to a year or two, depending on how hard you hit the weights and where you started.

Once you've reached the point where you don't make regular progress on the SS program, you are ready to move on to the intermediate stage, which can last you for a good number of years. Find it HERE:

If you're a very advanced lifter (many, many years of CONSISTENT weight training), then there are lot of programs out there, and which one you pick is simply a matter of preference. If you're really that advanced, you should know what works for you and what doesn't by this point.

It's interesting you took such a hard job. I thought you were pretty well off. I was gonna work for them the great thing is they pay every week. The trip from the plaza to BFE Olathe was too much for me especially with the construction going on I35.

When you sit on your ass all day in your other job, sometimes you want something a little more physical.

Also the breakup took a small financial toll I need to recoup.

Does anyone have any advice for wrist pain?

The tendons in my wrist are really tight and sore after I get done lugging shit around for Amazon. It gets really bad when I work 8-hour shifts. It's mostly concentrated on the right side of my left wrist and forearm.

I had to buy a wrist brace and Arnicare ointment to help, but it feels like something is ****ed up in there. Rotating the wrist at all right now is painful.

Just sue Amazon for pain and suffering. It will make all your pains go away if you win.

Or maybe try a few jumping jacks.

If you've jammed it the only thing I've got to help is a chiropractor to adjust the bones back in place. Be the hell careful bough. There are a potload of quacks out there.
