TyCam: FfvB has reached the end of it’s life( universal ignore)

FfvB has reached the end of it’s life

I regret to announce that the Firefox Extension FfvB has reached it’s end of life and will no longer be supported.

With the release of Firefox 4 as well as the upgrade of vBulletin to version 4, FfvB would require a complete rewrite and as it stands right now, it already takes too much time to support, especially considering it makes virtually no money.

Our apologies but as it stands right now, FfvB no longer exists.

Huh - that's too bad. I'm surprised that it would take so much to update it for FF4, though I can certainly understand not wanting to mess with vB 4. The latter is a massive change in structure and coding.

If any of you guys are desperate, there are a few greasemonkey scripts out there that would probably work for the core ffvb function (blocking some people completely). However, it's not going to be anywhere near as intuitive as ffvb was. You'll most likely have to edit the code directly.

when you go the page that displays the scripts right click to open to show containing folder then when you see the script right click that then select edit when you see the @ include: part delete the website given replace it with this http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/
