This is a very odd choice.

Joseph's defenses were nothing special. The rumor mill is also saying the Joseph will hire Mike McCoy as their offensive coordinator.

If McCoy couldn't beat the Chiefs with Phillip Rivers, how is he going to beat them with Trevor Siemian or Paxton Lynch?

So the broncos have a problem with their offense but have a very good defense.

so they fire their HC.

Then they hire a defensive Head coach that will replace their best coach(wade phillips) and leave their shitty offense still shitty?

The guy has literally interviewed for every single opening this year (including the Bills), hasn't been hired and may end up with the Chargers.

It must just suck to be a Chargers fan.

Oh heck no you don't want the Broncos to have an opportunity for top end talent.

7-9, 8-8, 9-7 is just fine

Kubiak retired for health reasons, he wasn't fired.

The current rumor (or at least the last one I read) is that Wade is staying.

Letting Wade go would be a terrible move

The current rumor is that the Redskins OC (who is rumored to take over in LA) wants to hire Phillips as his DC.

Yes, I'm sure there's plenty of interest in Wade.
