Ray Lewis needs to reprise the Robert Duval role in The Apostle II

This may be a repost, I checked and couldn't find it. What I find interesting is how Ray Lewis is reprising classic techniques of faith healers but re-purposing them for use in football. As a kid, I grew up in the Charismatic Church watching faith healers the likes of William Branham, Oral Robert and João Teixeira de Faria.

So, when I saw Ray Lewis walk up and 'lay hands' on Jacoby Jones prior to his 108 yard run back in the Superbowl, I was like, "What?! Did I really see that?" And then Ray Lewis says to his teammates & coaches on the sidelines (.48 sec) "...all I did was do what God had told me to do, I touched the man!" and later "I did what he told me to do, he told me to put his hands on you!"

Ray could set himself up for a lucrative post NFL career. People will pay good money to be anointed by Ray Lew and a guaranteed TDs! Now I just need someone to photoshop "The Apostle" pic.
