Off Season Lets Talk Guns

Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.

Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?

Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

oh...and, my brother has a guy that stops by his work every few days to pick up the metal shavings from the machihe shop; is also a CCW instructor; got us set up for the 3rd weekend in April.

FINALLy getting it. Just have been p utting it off forever. threw back the $ for it from the tax return. and my wife was actually the one that reminded me / made sure I did it.

she rocks.

no idea.
i really wish everyone would chill the **** out with this stuff.

I was wanting to start doing the IDPSA (I think that's the acronym) this season, but pffff. I'm not going through the hassle of getting ammo on a consistent basis at this point.

It has always and still is the cheapest ammo to shoot.

With the way prices have spiked on 9mm, 10mm, 7.62, 223/556, etc. ... makes sense to shoot.22LR until prices come back down.

Everybody is hoarding the shit out of the stuff for that reason I believe.
