It's behavior like this that should give every Sandboxian a vested interest in seeing Denver lose to their hated arch rival - the Anchorage Roadkill Rabbits. Behavior like this and his obsessive hatred of the beloved Sandboxian legend that is Alex D. Smith.

Fun Fact #1: Alex D. Smith combined with Darren "Jesus" Sproles would create the only entity more powerful than Chuck Norris.

Fun Fact #2: Since it's impossible for any mere mortal to pick off Alex D. Smith; the three combined interceptions he threw all of last year are merely manifest examples of his divine benevolence when he took pity upon select opposing defenses.

If you want to bid on a guy don't wait until the last minute, literally it was under five minutes. We all know you're doing this to piss people off.

I'm coming, mother****er. I've taken ACTION this offseason. Multiple upgrades on the offensive side of the ball. The defense is stronger, too, which is interesting considering my defense was already as good as yours.

Prepare.

No. I'm doing it because I'd rather see someone else bid on that player, to keep him on the board, so I can use my money elsewhere.

But if I have to, I will. But there's no sense in doing it early. What's the logic in that?

Awwww....listen to you girls get all hot and bothered.

That's good, I like a competitive league. This kind of fire over a battle for 2nd place speaks well for the overall league balance.

The trophy is still parked in Clearwater and the team that won it isn't as good as the team that's going to try to defend it.

It's all about keeping my options open.

I want that player on the board in case something else falls through. Get it?

Clearwater is just lucky you didn't face mighty Denver not ONCE the entire year.

Let's not forget I had the BEST record in the entire league.

This year Anchorage will be my bitch, and then I'll take care of you.

A little refresher for you guys...

A 14-2 team added:

CJ Spiller
Tyson Clabo
Ryan Wendell
Brandon Myers
Michael Brockers
Devin McCourty
Kerry Rhodes

I won't even go into lower level upgrades like Dwayne Allen, Chris Givens and Marcus Thigpen.

Did I mention I still have 350 sandbox bucks to blow?

At least you didn't use that 350 bucks on somebody useful like Sherman or Cruz.

VARSITY
The real power in the Lunar North is going to be Duluth. We solved our running game problem with the acquisition of Frank Gore, and veterans Ronde Barber and Antoine Winfield will solidify our defensive backfield. Defenses can't solve Gore running and Nicks, Desean Jackson, and Randall Cobb on the outside, and offenses won't be able to withstand our fearsome front four. Say hello to a dynasty.

1. Couldn't have afforded Sherman.

2. I was going to bid on Cruz again but lacked the funds at the time. I'm guessing the Rhein would have outbid me in the end anyway.

I'm not 100 percent sure I want to blow all this cash at the moment anyway. I'm thinking with the reduced money available to teams next offseason, having some rollover cash could be a HUGE thing.
