As a 2 pack per day smoker who has attempted quitting a few times, the best piece of advice I can give is this. Don't slip. Don't EVER say "I'll just have one". For most, it inevitably leads back into full-time smoking.

3 can a day?
i quite cope fine cut in 2003-ish when it went to like $3 /can. Can't imagine now. I still chew but a combination of the cost and lack of fresh cope around here made me quit cope. which sucked.

I would imagine chew is harder to quit. Because I can down 3 packs of Marlboro reds a day easy but if I chew one time I get lightheaded and shit.

Singles like those are more popular than other, harder singles because FM stations are pretty much vaginas. I'm surprised FM stations are even still financially viable. I had to listen to one because all I had in my car for a while was a standard radio, but now that most people have smartphones with the proper jacks in their cars, who the F would choose to listen to FM over the many online options ya know?

Also, the rock station down here used to have Roy D. Mercer (you know - the redneck prank caller dude) as the morning hosts but they retired (one died) and now they have the typical generic morning show with 2 douche mcgees and a squeaky-voiced dumb chick.

O(n)T...I bought a V2 Cig kit today, groupon had it for 23.99 so I figured I'd give it a try. I don't want to quit smoking, I enjoy it most of the time. I don't like the smell, smoke or inconvenience of it so I thought this way I still get my "habit" but not as much of the "yuk factor" that goes with it. Hopefully it will lead to me getting away from the habit completely.
