At the introductory press conference, Richard Sherman asked reporters "Why is Waco pronounced Way-co and I'm a Taco but you all call me a Tah-co?"

Pittsburgh's owner stood up mid-conference and announced the official pronunciation of the team to be the Tay-cos.

CD, Rain Man, please see to whatever changes need to be made administratively in order for this to happen.

Long live King Richard.

That's a hell of a roster turnover right there.

Certainly an improvement on the Seneca Wallace days...

Adding Manning, Morris and Sherman to a team that really wasn't that bad last season should put you right in the thick of things, especially in the Solar conference. In fact, at this point I'd say you're the clear favorite to represent them in the championship game.

Nicely done.

Damn you, Cedar Rapids and your Jeff Saturday fetish. I have a hard decision to make now.

Is it worth 80 points to have a pro bowl center this year, or do I go with Meester and move 40 points forward next year? Or maybe shift to Velasco, who is younger but apparently in a battle for his starting job?

And Clearwater locks up the life-blood of their 2012 defense...

Jovan Belcher, c'mon down!

Edited with signing of Jeff Saturday and cutting of Brad Meester.

Duluth is looking good right now with an established veteran team. We're happy with our draft, even if we were not big players in free agency. Assuming that we don't pick up other free agents, our depth chart looks like this:

Black = Holdover from last year
Red = Rookie
Green = Free Agent
Orange = Trade

HB - Frank Gore, Leon Washington, LaMichael James, Rashard Mendenhall, Darius Reynaud
FB - Jerome Felton
QB - Philip Rivers, Ryan Fitzpatrick
WR - Randall Cobb, Hakeem Nicks, DeSean Jackson, Harry Douglas, Eddie Royal, Devon Wylie
TE - Greg Olsen, Rob Housler
LT - Jordan Gross
G - Alex Boone, Stephen Peterman, Jason Pinkston
C - Ryan Kalil, Jeff Saturday, Kyle Cook
RT - Gosder Cherilus, Jeremy Trueblood
K - Nick Folk
P - Zoltan Mesko
KR - Leon Washington
PR - Darius Reynaud
FS - Ronde Barber, Chris Prosinski
SS - William Moore
CB - Antoine Winfield, Corey Webster, Josh Norman, Javier Arenas, Corey White, Richard Crawford
OLB - Shaun Phillips, Bruce Carter, Courtney Upshaw, Dezman Moses
MLB - DeMeco Ryans, Jameel McClain, Pat Angerer
DE - Elvis Dumervil, Adrian Clayborn, Justin Tuck, Da'Quan Bowers, Darryl Tapp
DT - Kevin Williams, Kyle Williams, Peria Jerry, Terrell McClain, Josh Chapman
