Can you name a WR thats not a rookie, who doesn't have a choice, that would sign a contract with a team that just played an entire season without a WR TD?

Dumping your best receiver who had 500 yards more than any other on the roster seems like it might be a bad idea.

Restructure that contract and load it with reachable incentives.
