The play where Davis ran for 48 yards was an interesting formation.

I'm just hoping that Jim Chaney from the Razorbacks watched that game. There are a lot of similarities in the two offenses and the personnel we have available (big, talented TEs, two headed monster backs, game manger QB).
That fake reverse and the TE bubble screen should be in UofA's playbook.

Rob Ryan was using it back in Oakland, and in Cleveland

I know that people get bristled at the ball-swinging, nut-hugging (or insert your favorite verb), but having lots of clever formations is easier to achieve when you have a smart and seasoned QB.
Really liked the examples, Direckshun. I hope that Reid and Sutton are able to keep teams off-balanced by adding more wrinkles as they go... but don't get too cute with it. Sometimes, straight meat and potatoes is the right move in critical moments. MOAR of JC or Davis following up the A/B gaps behind the Sherminator too!

I find it funny how people are raving about these "3 te sets".. teams been doing this shit for years. Working for KC right now because our TE's get better matchup's vs the teams we are playing. Sherman has been doing a great job on all the iso/zone we have been running. I hope they don't abandon it vs SF.
