Help me figure out what this show was
I saw some clip from what I thought was a new comedy but I can't seem to find it. I missed a bunch of it but the part I caught had me laughing hysterically.

The scene I saw had some lady picking up a kid from school and some bully walks by and slugs the kid in the arm or something like that. The lady picking him up proceeds to tell him if the bully does that again to just pull the bully's pants down and start pointing and laughing at his little dink. Next scene is the kid walking into the house with a bloody face saying something to the effect of it was so huge he could have beat him with it. I probably am not doing it any justice and I don't know if the rest of it was as funny as that scene but I just wanted to maybe check out the rest of the commercial if I could. Anyone know what I am talking about?
