There are some things I can't talk about but if you look back at his play during games it is a shell of what he was....starting around the time we played that first road game in Chicago he has been pretty lazy which wasn't at all the Kei that used to play for us before he went to the EPL.

Sure he would do some nice things here and there like he always does but he was fitting well in our offense and getting value for him right now is a great move.

Meh, Zach you can make that argument all you want, but Kei's the reason for a majority of the offense we have. We don't really have someone to hedge between the midline and the strikers, unless you want to count Zusi in for that role. I still think Zusi's the second- or third-to-last guy who should be touching the ball, because Kei should be either shooting or passing to a striker.

Kei has always been Randy Mossish...hands go up when the fly route is open and he would do amazing things, but I have seen him half ass shit that would get anyone else benched if he couldn't jump higher and run faster than anyone else. When my football friends watch soccer they always comment how lazy Kei is and this was two years ago. When Kei left for the yellow birds it was pretty much like whew...won't see any sky balls or any babyish antics anymore.

Nah not really. We were doing just fine when he was gone and will be just fine when he leaves.

We just won a game over a team who was riding a 10 game unbeaten streak where the biggest contribution that Kei gave was running into the opposing goalie ass first.

His welcome was not wearing thin with most fans. He likes KC, his fiance is from here and works in the FO as well as sideline reporter. If his welcome was wearing thin it had to be with certain people (person) in position to make him go away.

IF that's what happened, you really need to be concerned about the long-term success of this team, because there are more important people in this franchise than PV. If a personal dislike for a star player's attitude or workrate was enough to give them the boot, what else could we expect when things aren't going well?

Agreed. But that is not the story we will get from the team or sources 'close to the team.' But the scuttlebutt around town...Again, we've seen this before.

Lukaku. I believe he was just loaned from Chelsea even.

It looked like he was waiting for Neuer to make his move before he picked his side, but Neuer outblinked him. Neuer went left for the 4 previous goal attempts. Almost as if he was baiting the 5th penalty taker into going right, knowing he would go right too. It was a pretty soft shot by Lukaku nonetheless.

SKC looked good. MLS is ugly on the eyes and so was that field tonight. Good team though.
