Accidental Chemical mix at Distillery in Atchison Ks.
Caused a plume cloud to linger over downtown Atchison slowly moving North. They are having evacuations. No word yet on types Chems but folks report on a swim pool smell maybe chlorine?

In addition to distilling, MGP also operates it's own wastewater/water treatment plant. I head that some knucklehead accidentally mixed the two chemicals in a tank and KABLAM!!! The whole incident was a case of human error.
