Should the Chiefs have drafted Watson over Mahomes?

Another strong game today for Watson. 3 TDs against the Titans so far.

Kid just seems to have 'It'.

It's impossible to tell right now, check back in about three seasons.
The fact that you wanted Watson almost guarantees he will ultimately be a colossal failure of a QB.

Both look excellent? Mahomes hasn’t played a snap in the regular season

I still think Watson will be another Robert Griffin/Vince Young type who finds some early success but ultimately turns out to be average at best once the league gets some tape on them.

No I’m actually for Smitty to succeed. The better he is the better the team is

I think Watson is certainly proving he can play in this league. He might not make as many 'highlight reel' plays as Mahomes, but he can play

Looking like both will be good. Which is great for the league

Still too early. Vince Young and Robert Griffin were pro bowl level players as rookies. Then the league caught on to their game.

No shit. My "official" draft endorsements of 1st round QBs is not exactly a future Hall of Famer list: Jimmy Clausen and Geno Smith.

Yikes.

But I also wanted Mahomes in the 1st. Just not as much as Watson.
