Prometheus was beautiful and intriguing but it raised more questions than it answered and the characters did shit that literally no one would ever ****ing do. Ever.

That was awesome. Nice touch with the choking scene (Ridley you bastard!).
Also, didn't realize Billy Crudup was in this. He's one of my favorite actors. |

I'll be honest. I ****ing hate the cast. Seeing James Franco and Danny McBride takes me right out of the film. It's like I'm watching an Alien film and the dude from Pineapple Express and Kenny Powers show up out of nowhere.
Also is the Alien the only minority in the film? TRIGGERED

Why would you want a gay couple on a colonization mission?

Looks like alot of people to go through for the Alien. I'll pay to see the carnage, but I do agree, I thought Crudup was the captain, seeing Franco as the serious tense captain figure is a bit of a stretch.

Hmmm. That was weird. That really didn't have the feel of a deep space colonization crew.

So did I. I kept thinking, "oh this'll be hilarious". Couple minutes in and I'm waiting for the punchline and completely bored by the trailer itself.

Like, I'll go see anything Ridley Scott shits out, but unless the trailers are completely misleading this might as well be a remake of Alien.
I'd like to see James Cameron get another stab at an Alien film.

"OK, crew. We've just landed on this here alien planet. We need to go out and scout around."
"Should we wear a hazmat suit or anything, since we don't know a single thing about this mysterious planet?" "Nah. It's cool."

Showing the xenomorph in broad daylight is decidedly not alien.
