Seriously, I don't feel like people are understanding the importance of it. Once he either, tanks, or requires a big deal, the window is gonna get a lot smaller.

We've already wasted a year of it by him sitting on the bench. Don't blow another year of it. The sitting was supposed to make him good to go. If it didn't, he should have played last year.

Wasted a year? How about not rushing him into the pro level.

Rodgers didn’t waste a year. Sitting him was probably why he became successful.

You aren't wasting Mahomes if you don't get another WR. Had 3 guys go for 1,000 yards with what everyone considered a game manager at QB. Need to upgrade both lines. That's where the resources should go.

Rodgers wouldn't have sat if it wasn't for that Favre guy.

Heard he was pretty good.

Rodgers wasn't in the current salary construct.

Rogers is also good because he worked his ass off.

So why not add more talent to that?

It's not like you're required to only have a few good players at wr and te.

Obviously, if they're looking at adding another WR, they don't like the ones here outside of the Tyreek it would seem as well.

The Eagles bought all their dudes in one year and won a Super Bowl.

ChiefsPlanet through the years:

2013: Lost playoff game because of injuries
2015: Lost playoff game because of injuries
2017: Lost playoff game because of injuries
2018: Don't spend money that we actually have for the first time in forever to bring in additional talent.

They also won a Sb with their backup QB winning the MVP.

I'm not sure I'm gonna state that as the norm.

The way I see it, guys like Watkins and Robinson are the gold of this weak FA class. Everything on defense is decent, but you aren’t finding any 24 year olds with their upside.

I’d rather overpay for that than a defender who isn’t going to change things all that much. Adding Watkins to this offense could legitimately change everything. It adds a whole other dimension. No more stacking the box whatsoever.

Because we have no talent on the Defensive Line outside of Jones and our Offensive Line is pretty soft?
