My download speeds have dropped incredibly on the PS4 without any tinkering or explanation. They are in the kbps range now. For a simple update it was going to take 31 hours.

I tried re-installing to factory defaults, still the same thing.

Have no idea how to fix this.

Restart your modem and router. Sometimes it is just that simple. Doesn't always work but it is always a good place to start.

Nope. It's wifi. I get 15 download on a speed test on my wifi laptop next to it. But Kbps on the ps4. This all just started Monday.

Not sure what to tell you man. Maybe call PS4 support. I fear they will only tell you to do the same things I have and then send it in. If you have rebooted everything and wiped out your PS4 something odd is going on.

It's not the network because I am getting good speeds here. Have you tried wired just to see if there is any significant change?
