The guy is 6'5" and only has 9" hands. His background sounds like another Dez Bryant.

I have zero concerns about his incidents involving MJ. What percentage of professional athletes do you guys believe smoked pot, at least once, while attending college? I understand the young man didn't just smoke pot, he was arrested twice, and you can argue that's a bigger deal...I don't care. Others may, especially members of organizations that are in a position to hire him, but I don't care.

Now, regarding this incident where he pushed his gf's roommate down the stairs...idk. I wasn't there, can't say what happened, how many stairs, how violent the action was etc... BUT what I can say, is if there wasn't a "cloud" of incidents surrounding his college career and his only concern was "one time he pushed his gf's friend down some stairs." I would roll on the floor laughing at how trivial that sounded. Incredibly immature? Yes. But not going to prevent me from drafting him.

So ultimately, I'm for drafting him. Immaturity is a big concern, but he's a kid! Chiefs are the type of organization that can teach him to be a man.

After DGB some other guys I like are Devon Smith in the 2nd, Rashad Greene in the 3rd, and Austin Hill in later rounds.

dgb is daniel jeremiahs candidate to have an odell beckham like year. thinks he has the ability to be a double digit td guy year 1.

I have zero interest in DGB. Could be wrong on the guy, all that stuff sure, but if I were the GM I wouldn't have him on my draft board. Maybe KC drafts him, maybe he becomes some awesome player, maybe, maybe, maybe....

The crap about him running bad routes is nonsense. I have seen every college game he has played...he wasn't asked to run the route tree. He ran flies, slants and quick screens at Missouri. That's about it. I have no idea where the bad route runner tag came from...common stupidity.

DGB is the rarest of rare athletes who can also play their position at a high level. I think KC would be foolish to pass on him UNLESS some other player is at their pick who is even a bigger no brainer. Seriously, he's the closest thing to Megatron that we've seen.

I'm not going to pick on DGB, but when you say "the rarest of rare athletes who can also play their position at a high level" type of thing, Jon Baldwin was that guy as well. At least in college. In fact, Baldwin had a substantially better college career than Beckham and his Combine stats were better.

WEAKNESSES: Sloppy route runner that struggles to separate from quicker defensive backs. Takes too many false steps in transition and does not always find soft spots in zone coverage. Does not have enough wiggle to make defenders miss in the open field. Not exactly a willing run blocker and will occasionally take plays off.

Runs routes with forward lean and can activate second gear when he chooses. Rare catch radius with ability to pluck would-be interceptions and turn them into catches. Has soft, sure hands. Can see a throw late and still haul it in. Able to drive cornerbacks down the field and then break route off for wide-open look underneath. Shows flashes of special ability when ball is in the air. Plus body control. Can twist and contort in any direction in order to get his hands on a throw.

WEAKNESSES: Play strength is a major concern. Struggles to free himself from press coverage and can be taken completely out of his routes. Runs sloppy, rounded routes. Fails to set up his breaks and frequently leads cornerbacks to his destination. Slow to adjust routes and find open space against zone. Fails to create the separation that is potentially available for him at top of routes. Rarely looks to body up cornerbacks and keep them out of the throw. Suspect work ethic. Awareness of footwork near sideline an issue. Considered a problem child at Missouri. Suspended twice by Missouri and arrested twice for marijuana-related incidents. Kicked off team at Missouri in April 2014 after details of his alleged role in an alleged burglary were released by Columbia, Mo., police. He allegedly shoved a female student down some stairs during the alleged incident, but no charges were filed. Missed entire 2014 season.

If it's me, no way at #18. We've already had this guy in uniform.
