4 NFL teams that won't make the playoffs again next season
http://ftw.usatoday.com/2016/02/4-nf...in-next-season
Yep, Chiefs are one of them: (Bengals, Skins, Texans also) 2. Kansas City Chiefs I’m not sure what to make of Kansas City’s finish to the 2015 season. Andy Reid’s team won eleven games in a row before losing in New England in the divisional round, but look at the teams it beat during the streak: Pittsburgh without Roethlisberger, a 1-6 Lions team, the Broncos with an injured Peyton Manning turning the ball over four times, San Diego, Buffalo, Baltimore, Cleveland, Oakland and Houston. Winning 11 games in a row in the NFL is an accomplishment no matter who’s on the schedule, but don’t expect the Chiefs to be that same dominant team against a more balanced schedule. More importantly, the Chiefs could be in for a rough offseason with Eric Berry, Tamba Hali, Derrick Johnson and Sean Smith needing new contracts. Kansas City has about $30 million in cap space to try to keep the defense together, but it’s unlikely all of those key players stay in town. And that doesn’t leave much money to make additions to the roster. It’s hard to imagine the Chiefs being any better in 2016. |

At this point in the off season there is no reason to think we will not make the playoffs. Unless we loose all our FA's we will probably make the playoffs.

Is this a joke?
We probably won't lose a single game at Arrowhead next year and are a good team on the road. |

Guys, they beat up on weakened and shitty teams!!!!!!! *Fails to mention we were missing our best offensive player for all of that stretch and our best defensive player for half of it.

So sick of hearing how the Broncos beat all these teams we lost to. They beat them at HOME. We literally had all those teams on the road, and you bet your ass that makes a difference.
"We got destroyed by good offenses early in the year!" Well no shit. What happened when we had a terrible team vs Rodgers at home? The Broncos got the living shit beat of them against a good offense on the road in Pitt. Nobody ever brings that up. Playing at home absolutely makes a difference. |

KC got PIT at home with a 3rd string QB, DEN got CIN with a backup. @ PIT, CIN and MIN in the first 6 was a tough one for KC early. That's all in the past, KC turned it around and if they work FA right, they'll have a much better team in 2016 that learned a lot about themselves in 2016. If I had to wager on it now, I'd say Denver misses out on the playoffs next year. But, I don't think they'll be a bad team, I think they'll look a lot different and would expect 8-10 wins. So much will happen between now and the draft though.

Yep it is like Chiefs fans should have to apologize for winning 11 in a row because the teams sucked. A win is a win except if it the Chiefs-then it is discounted because of the competition.

What a dumbass. He says the Chiefs beat a team with an injured manning, lol he must forget (or doesn't care) that the Chiefs injured manning during that game.
