Ian Rapoport has some kind of Chiefs news

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet

Speaking of the #Chiefs… if you're interested in some news, I'd watch Total Access on @nflnetwork in 8 minutes. I'll have some.

Ian Rapoport ‏@RapSheet

As I said on Total Access: #Chiefs are actively pursuing a long-term deal with WR Dwayne Bowe. They've met with his reps, want to keep him.

We should start a rumor that Poe would've gone before Star if he was in this class.

Seriously. ****ing LOL. How clueless is Matt Miller that he would mock Star to the Chiefs after what happened just 4 years ago?

There's literally ZERO chance that would happen.

Or 5 years ago, or last year.

Although this regime isn't tied to the last at all, so there is that.

Dorsey would likely be released, T-Jack back on a small contract ($2-3 million per). They still need a safety opposite Berry and a true starting ILB next to DJ.

The rest could be filled through the draft.

I was meaning with the first pick. At taht point, it would almost have to be a QB.

And yeah, I know some don't agree with us, but I really would like to get a stud next to DJ and I would love to take Kevin Minter in the second. I know we need a CB, but for some reason I think that could be a fa target.
