Changes that need made to turn the season around
Let's get right down to it.

Start Chase Daniel or Aaron Murray....I think the team would rally around either guy.
Run the ball more...get West and Sherman involved a lot more.
Start Conley and get him involved in the weekly gameplan...this should be our counter punch to teams consistently blitzing.
Activate Steven Nelson and have him play the nickel.
Feed the ball to Kelce and Maclin a lot more...especially on third down.
Let Howard have the NT job full time. The DL was stronger when he was playing more reps. At least IMO.
Move Poe to end full time.
Andy needs to hand over play calling duties to Childress, or Pederson.

I know there are lots of other changes that need made, but that should get us started.

These are changes that should be made, but there's no guarantee that any of them would turn the season around.

The one change that needs to be made that would have the best chance to do that is to adjust the defensive scheme that leaves one corner exposed.

Need to mix in some combination of man/zones, and also need to mix in some more blitz packages.
