I never understood the Weber hate, he did tie for the conference his first year. Would Martin have? Tough to say but he never did before so why assume he would? Not sure how it will all end but put it this way: If 3/4 of all conference schools would be told their new hire would win football or basketball within 5 years of hire date, would any of them not jump for joy?

The problem with Weber was he got lucky with Bill Self's players when Self left Illinois to KU, and once Self's players left, and Weber had his own players, well, it was a disaster in Illinois....

I'm not holding my breath that Weber is the answer in Kansas State, to be honest with you. Losing Angel Rodriguez hurts big time.
