They'd have to fundamentally change how the game is scheduled. I wouldn't be surprised if the London team played 4-6 home games at a time and the league instituted a second bye week to account for the jet lag.

Maybe Roger is just super pissed at Europe for pushing soccer in the U.S and is fighting for Merica and freedom by putting an NFL team right in their backyard. ..showing them what real "Futbal" is..giving them the middle finger and planting our sports "way of life" flag right in the heart of soccer country. ..True ****ing American.

Will it make money? Then Roger Goodell would do it. Nevermind that it ruins the entire integrity of the game. This is the one move that might actually get me to stop watching football. Basically every team that travels there has a huge disadvantage that week and the week following. Every home team that plays an English team has a huge advantage. So stupid.

Not saying I agree with the NFL in the UK but in lots of other sports teams play one-off games in different time zones, international and european club soccer being a good example.

The NFL has their one off game there. I already think that's stupid considering the importance of home field advantage and the nfls already shortened schedule. Much different story when 16 teams are impacted versus 2.
