Basically, the compay I work for (Lumber Liquidators) had a contest going for every store in the company.

The guidelines:

The region first had to make their shipped sales plan (our region consists of Topeka, Wichita, KC, Indianopolis, Greenview Ind, Springfield Mo, Columbia Mo, Springfield Ill, Fenton Mo, St. Peters).

If the region accomplished said goal -- the top three stores with the highest percentage to new orders (orders written through June) qualified for the iPAD drawing. My name was drawn -- and I'm scooping a free iPAD3.

Got it?

Which model?

The low end does not have cellular capabilities, but if I were you, I'd find a way to exchange it.

Even if you don't plan on purchasing a cellular data plan, the models that have the capability also have the GPS chip inside. You can utilize this chip for gps programs even without cellular service.

I've not a clue. I would assume the ones going for $499. Because the company has to shell out 45+ or so iPADs for the winners.

The 3G capability really is nice. If you go on a trip, you can activate the 3G and do whatever connected activities you need to do. The GPS feature is also really nice.

I literally drive like 3-4 places.

To work, back to my parent's house in Wichita, to Dillons for groceries. That's about it. I don't NEED a GPS.
