The Pine Barrens are the second largest protected land in the US in a state as small as NJ but the highest density of population. 1.1 million acres. That's a pretty neat factoid.

Yeah, I read that list of cities and cracked up. It's pretty much a list of the worst places in NJ. I said it earlier, a lot of people that know little to nothing about NJ shit all over it. Case in point, the Jersey Shore TV show had a bunch of assholes that weren't even from NJ on it. They were all morons from Staten Island and Long Island.

Home of original Jersey Mike's sub shop.

Great pub called Frankie's.

Also great ice cream shop called Hoffman's that everyone goes to.

I also know the Storino's, they own Jenkinsons Aquarium and 50% of the boardwalk. They have a storied history due to a famous mob murder of their uncle, who got killed with a golf club.
I lived in Point Pleasant from 97-08. Used to go to Frankie's for the Flounder Sandwich or a Burger.

If you owned it, you'd probably live in it September to June and rent it out over the summer. Quite frankly I'm shocked it's available for less than a million. I'm also surprised it's not on stilts or elevated.

All of the above. Much less impact than pavement. Easier on knees, hips and back. Boardwalks have strait long runs. Point Boardwalk is over a mile long.
Just north of Point is a stretch over 10 miles long from Asbury Park to Spring Lake.

I love their burgers but my all time favorite that they still do is the twin Filet mignon with cheese on toasted english muffins. I also LOVE their grilled clams.

The best part of Frankie's is walking in and smelling that grill while watching it right in front of you while sitting at the bar.
