I'm pretty golden with just about any food. Some will make me feel bloated, but not crazy. The one thing that gets me though... FRUIT! And the weird thing is, its only if I haven't had any fruit for a long time and then overdo it one day. If I drink a whole big bottle of apple juice it makes me fart so bad that it made my friend George puke... He was laughing the whole time he was puking too. College classic moment. Once had a huge bowl of pineapple and wound up on the toilet for about 6 hours with the most painful runs I've ever had. Also, if I drink a bunch of red wine and I get GREEN feces! I forgot about cabbage. Farts begin immediately. If I eat boiled cabbage, within 15 minutes, and I have the smell of a decomposing skunk that has taken a bath in a dog shit/toxic waste mixture.

On rare occasions a steak will somehow cause my bowels to sop up all the excess H2O in my system, and about 1/2 hour after the meal I take a most urgent water shit. Talk about velocity, it's more like taking a piss with my anus.
Very refreshed after. Think hosing all the grass clippings off your sidewalk. With the exception of those few moments of urgency between onset and sitdown it's a win-win. For gas, it's broccoli, cabbage or great northern beans, the longer in the crockpot, the more potent.

Green tea makes you go...It's a fact! I've been drinking about 2-3 cups a day, and been hitting the can twice a day. It's great.
I've also done some research on it and for those who are interested, I found some interesting information that I'd like to share. Green tea is considered a natural cure for constipation mainly because it promotes "friendly" bacteria in the intestines thereby encourages bowel regularity. These friendly bacteria helps increase your resistance to infection, helps maintain bowel regularity, and promotes digestion.
