Greg Rosenthal called Foles a "sneaky candidate" to start somewhere next season. I hope we get a comp pick for him.

Good move, Foles has zero impact on whether or not we draft a QB.
No point in switching from Smith to Foles unless we were going to trade Smith to move up in the draft and keep Foles as cheaper competition for a rookie. Since i have seen no indication whatsoever that Reid wants to draft a QB to really compete for the starting job, Foles leaving was the only move.

Wonder if the Raiders will go after Foles. If they'd had a decent backup to Carr they may have won a playoff game. I believe they have bunches of cap money.

Raiders have 39 million in cap space but also have 18 free agents.

Nearly as hilarious as people who pine for someone who had one good postseason game, and only lost because of a special teams player.

I don't have any problems with this. What it does tell me is that Dorsey and crowd are preparing to draft a QB and have Bray be the #2 for this season. The problem is that there aren't a lot of true game-ready QBs out there. I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see us target Peterman from Pitt. That's a pro-style offense so the learning curve wouldn't be as great.
