Tony Romo - very good wr's and all day long in a clean pocket

Alex Smith - mediocre wr's and running for his life all day

neither had a running game for most of the day

Huge difference ... Romo has much easier job

If Dallas doesn't stop going after Flowers they win big.

Cowboys remind of the Faiders, back in the day, when they would just STOP doing the stuff that worked for some reason.

Alex Smith threw for 2 TD's and ran for 47 yards. Had Geno done that Clay would be slurping cock.

I thought Smith played well given the OL break downs. Had Cassel been back there and thrown almost 40 times, can you imagine the results? Smith may not better than an average NFL QB, but that's a tremendous upgrade from recent years.

And before everybody starts bitching about that, I will say that Alex manages the game very well, has great intangibles, etc But he just doesn't take chances or throws the ball down the field at all. It is all short, intermediate safe passes and if he senses any rush he starts getting happy feet.
Except when he did right?

You guys are fools.

You can enjoy a win and simultaneously realize the QB isn't that great.

We had only two sustained drives in this game, and converted only 4 third downs in 13 opportunities.

Credit the defense.

Absolutely not. I made a bet, I'm sticking to it. I'm a man of my word.
