auto insurance question for our adjusters out there
Last October I was the crème filling in a 3 car accident. Totaled my car but the other 2 drove theirs home. Fully documented, car #3 at fault etc, etc. Went to the chiropractor approximately 8-10 times getting my back untweaked. Wasn't enough damage or injury (money) for any of the lawyers I talked to to be interested.
Insurance is getting ready to make an offer for settlement for my "pain and suffering", inconvienence, my claim for mileage back and forth to the chiropractor.
Does anybody have any idea what I should expect?

Expect them to jerk you around and try to lowball you. About the same thing happened to a buddy of mine several years ago. He finally got his due but it took him several years for that to happen. His back is still not right as a result of the accident.

My ex boss had the same thing happen, about the same results.


He took the first thing offered, dumbass, and got ten grand and his medical bills.

Then insurance didn't pay some of the chiro bills. Told him to kick rocks they had settled, make sure everything is paid prior to signing.

Hold out for coke and whores directly from the insurance company. Cut out the middleman, you'll tell them. Their lawyers know better coke dealers than you do, you'll say. Lot lizards, you'll tell them that's all you know. And with a ****ed up back, you need a pro, the Goddamn best, you'll demand. The lawyers will smile their reptilian smiles and snap their fingers and it'll be top shelf purchasable poon and face numbing yayo from then on!
