I think he just dropped "shitload" in his response, though he kinda mumbled it and it sounded like “sheee-t-load."

Sheetload is a turn in BBQ-ing it means when you fry up ribs on a wax paper sheet roll. A sheet roll is ususally beef ribs and Rib tips.

His closing line about hiding cheeseburgers in the Tommy Bahama shirts was pretty funny.

Good interview getting his opinion on the players the Chiefs drafted. Soren asked a lot of good questions about many of the players past issues.

Reid says QBs have to fit into scheme and be able to understand how you teach. Says Bray's throwing skill is exceptional but needs to work

Ahh, I'm getting through the airport and grabbing my bags, so I totally didn't clearly hear the context.

Liked his comments on Bray and saying he sat down and spent quite a lot of time with him and was pretty blunt about what he can do as well as where he needs to and is expected to man up and no longer going to have the same old excuses to fall back on.

Seemed like he was excited at the thought of grooming him, and Tyler would be given the full opportunities if he was as committed to learning as Andy was in teaching him. Sort of gruff in the sense of, this is your chance and if you **** around or can't/ won't take it seriously he had very little interest or patience in giving him extra slack or 3rd and 4th chances. At the same time he kinda had this fatherly approach in that he would be excited to take Tyler under his wing and teach him what it takes to fully realize his gifts to become a top level pro QB.

Last part he was taking about his love for Tommy Bahama shirts because you can " both wear the and smuggle a couple cheeseburgers in them."

He said they were going to home depot for a dozen garbage cans for the receivers to run routes with so tanney will feel comfortable and hit them in stride

Also very high on Davis talent, and said he felt he was easily on of the top RBs in the draft, and simply said he's going to continually hear about the importance of protecting the ball, and putting in his time lifting and working out to avoid the injuries otherwise he'd have no problem limiting his touches or seeing the field...

He phrased it better and it was refreshing to hear him not dance around it with coach speak, and mentioning that these were issues we were blunt with the guys they drafted about discussing and very interested in their responses because they didn't want to deal with players making excuses and were willing to take responsibility instead of pushing the blame around on their teammates.

Great interview. Pretty obvious that the Chiefs did their homework on the draft picks. I was impressed with the level of research they did. Reid knew a lot of detail on the players, both on-field & off-field. Stuff that us armchair GM's would not be privy to or just wouldn't have the resources to investigate. Left me even more confident about where this franchise is headed under Reid/Dorsey. Can't wait to see what this team looks like on Sept 8th. Anyone going to Jax for that game?
