Off Season Lets Talk Guns

Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.

Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?

Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

Notorious, If you don't mind me asking... What would you consider a decent deal on a VEPR?

I have seen them on ARMSLIST anywhere from 1,000-2,000.

Staying at the Las Vegas hotel where the 2015 Shot Show is located. Tried to walk in and was turned away. $350 for a floor pass. Too much.

Ah well, so much for the ultimate gun show. I was hoping to buy an anti-tank gun or something like a LAW rocket launcher.

For home defense I'd just get a XDM...no need to go small if that's what you're using it for. Obviously this doesn't apply if you're planning on carrying it also. If that's the case, XDS.

yah, that sucks. Plus, it's pretty expensive too. I'm ok with a $300 pump action Mossberg or 870... but those two barrels and 14 rounds are pretty cool.

I've been ignoring a ksg or uts purchase for a long time, but this looks pretty awesome to me. I hunt with over and unders quite a bit and the quick double tap in front of a single pump seems like it would be a lot of fun and a nice home defense gun.

I'd really like to hold one though as I can't tell if the stock is long or if that first guy is a midget.

Still believe this about the xds 45?

What upgrades did you add?

Talon grips worth it?

CCW holster or pocket protector?

Is this worth the upgrage: http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...0%22+%40+50ft+

Local dealer offered one yesterday for $499. Was not in the budget, but seriously considering "pulling the trigger" on this.
