Heh, I've been a KU fan since I was still filling my drawers. I saw the last half of Die Another Day when I was 12 and was confused as to why everyone loved the series.

Couldn't agree more. Brosnan was dicked during his tenure, for sure. He truly could have been the best James Bond.

He had the gravitas of Connery and the sly playfulness of Moore. I think he could have been as cold as Craig as well.

What do you guys think of the rumors of Idris Elba as the next Bond? I don't think it's going to happen because Amy is no longer running Sony but I think the guy would be an awesome Bond.

Hugh Jackman is a tad too old but he would have been an awesome choice as well.

By the way, I think Elba is too old. He'd be pushing 45 by the time they got around to filming the next Bond.

I'm sure the producers would rather have someone in his late 30s who could hold the role for 4-5 movies.

And Michael Fassbender plays too much of a creep to pull off Bond, I think. Even in roles where he's supposed to be charming, there's sort of a serial killer undercurrent. Good actor, but he just isn't the type.

I don't care if he's a little older. Idris Elba would be awesome. Great actor, tons of charisma. Would bring new facets to Bond in a lot more ways than the obvious one.
