Even the presence of Shia LeBeauf can't hurt this flick.

as soon as I saw that I was out. Maybe we'll get lucky and he will buy the farm somewhere early in the movie.

But yeah....Shia LaBeouf (what a gay ass name) makes me not want to watch this movie....only because he's in it.

Film looks solid.
One thing I always wonder when I watch WWII movies or even documentaries... Where are all of the goddamn horses? Over the course of the war the Germans and Soviets combined used over six million horses in their campaigns. Every other country used more horses than machines. You never really see this in movies or even documentaries. That myth of the polish sending a cavalry charge against tanks (it did not happen) seems to be the only consistent mention of horses, yet millions of them were deployed by every nation at war. |

The entire movie was cliché and predictable. A good popcorn movie, good action. But the plot, dialogue etc was less than I expect from a Pitt movie.
