Guns n Roses to reunite in 2016?

Dane, i thought you said it would never happen??

http://www.franchiseherald.com/artic...union-tour.htm

According to Blabbermouth, promoters and organizers are now cooking a possible reunion tour for the American rock band.

"Slash and Axl have verbally agreed to get things together again and reform the original band," the insider reportedly said. "The live shows are where they can show the world what they had and also make the greatest earnings."

"Promoters are quietly working away to land opportunities. Details of the reunion are expected to leak out in the next few days. Everyone is expecting huge demand for tickets, but the boys are very humble and are not sure what to expect."

And while no official announcement has been made yet, Alternative Nation, claimed that Slash may have been reserving a short summer time for a Guns N' Roses reunion tour, while his other band Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators is scheduled to perform shows 2016 and 2017.

According to a report from Jose Norberto Flesch of GNR Truth, the band has now ironed out any legal issues constraining the possibility of an original line up tour for Guns N' Roses.

"Heads up!" the report said. "The 'possible return of Guns' story is stronger now. I've heard that the legal issues have been solved. Now it's up to the band."

And to further strengthen the claims, reports suggested that Guns N' Roses has been offered to play at Coachella for quite some time already.

"Guns already has an offer from Coachella for a long time," the report said. "It was only a matter of solving their issues."

"European festivals are also anxiously awaiting for a resolution for all Guns related problems."

I suppose that some people may feel like nothing in Slash's career could ever match Appetite but his latest band with Myles Kennedy has released two records that IMO, are every bit as good, if not better, than what he did with GNR and certainly better (again, IMO) than Velvet Revolver.
He also does the Guns covers better than Axl. He probably starts his shows before midnight too.

Guns was incredible in the day so I won't go that far, but I'm sure Kennedy can put on a better show today than Axl.

I don't blame Duff and Slash for cashing in for a bit. It won't last though because Axl is a huge asshole.

Queensryche (sans Geoff Tate) plays Knuckleheads in a month. Interesting, because IIRC, he wrote the majority of their songs.

It's driven by Slash. He lost half his dough in a divorce, had to sell his house and split the profit and is living in a rental. He's not "broke" but losing half your wealth at age 50 with two sons to raise and send to college sucks.

And with Axl's voice and current health, it's now or never.

Michael Wilton and Chris DeGarmo wrote most of the music, either together or separately, with a few written by Scott Rockenfeld.

Tate wrote the majority of the lyrics during their original run but some of the songs were solely written by other members.

Supposedly, this iteration is the best since the early 90's.

It's a joke.

The guy does that for Vai, EVH and others and they've been on the Internet for at least five years, if not ten.

Personally, I think it's brilliant and hysterical. I literally cried because I was laughing so hard the first time I saw the EVH video.

Meh I'd just assume to see DJ Ashba and Bumblefoot. They kick ass. I know DJ Ashba left so he could record with his band SIXX A.M. but Bumblefoot Ron Thal is ever bit if not better than Slash.

They've played longer with Axl than Slash but needed more than one album to show for it. Supposedly they have enough to put out 4 albums but Axl doesn't want to put them out because of internet downloads make them worthless.

They were the headliner here on that tour. Honestly, one of the best live shows I have ever seen.
